I became aware of the benefits of massage before the age of 10, studying it as a hobby throughout my teens and early adulthood. As a competitive athlete (swimming, diving, dancing) dealing with injuries from time to time, I began collecting skills and anatomical knowledge from therapists and medical professionals. I also met therapists along the way who became friends and shared their wisdom with me.

I am fascinated by the development of enhanced body awareness which some somatic practices - like dancing and elite athleticism- demand. I believe we can all learn to connect with this awareness. I believe this mind/body connection development is key to unlocking the body’s capacity for healing.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), I’ve combined my academic and practical experience as a movement educator and researcher, performer, and competitive athlete to create a dynamic, accessible style of bodywork, which facilitates a deeper understanding of body awareness for clients. As a generalist, I combine concepts from multiple fields of study to access healing for those who have struggled to find relief within the confines of singular modalities. I look forward to working with you.

I’m a member of the faculty at The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy where I teach the Eastern philosophical concepts & system of 5 Element Shiatsu. I love empowering students with the merging of Eastern wisdom & Western science! I previously offered clinical bodywork at CNY Fertility, Albany location.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Ethnochoreology (the study of cultural dance/movement systems) from The University of Limerick, Ireland.
